Our Mission at Ocean Discovery! is to educate the public about local marine habitats, the fascinating organisms that inhabit them and the on-going challenges they face. Our goals are to provide innovative marine science curriculum for K-12th grade classrooms; to provide teacher professional development; and to inspire the public to explore and appreciate our marine wilderness and coastal heritage.

All Ocean Discovery! members will recieve a biannual newsletter, free special naturalist lead field trips into a variety of local marine habitats, free special events, as well as discounts at many local businesses in Sonoma County!
